Innovative High-Voltage and Torque Measurement Solutions by ATESTEO

CapSync HVT

To safely measure temperatures on high-voltage components, ATESTEO developed the new CapSync HVT system.

This system is designed for secure temperature measurement in high-voltage environments on test benches and in laboratories. It features a modular design that enables touchless temperature monitoring in applications like electric motor coils. The CapSync HVT includes two input slots, accommodating up to eight temperature sensors, and currently supports Type K thermocouples. During temperature measurement, internal galvanic isolation ensures that no voltages reach the output or power supply sides.

DF ibex series

The innovative design of the new DF ibex series torque measurement flanges with standardized DIN dimensions and a ring stator enables an extremely high accuracy.

A unique feature of the DF product family is the additional overload channel, which transmits measured values of up to 300 % of the rated torque. Rotor temperature and debug values can also be transmitted. The system is configured via a modern and intuitive website.

New location for calibration of torque in USA and new measurands in Germany

ATESTEO, the leading drivetrain testing specialist from Germany increased its scope of services. In addition to the 10 new test benches, ATESTEO also launched an accredited calibration laboratory for torque in East Lansing. ATESTEO Calibration Lab offers its traceable, precise and fast service in the USA – accredited torque calibrations according to DIN 51309 and VDI/VDE 2646 in a range from 5 N·m to 10 kN·m.

In Germany, the calibration laboratory expanded its scope of services to include electrical measurands. In addition to AC/DC current and voltage, your power analyzers can now also be calibrated at ATESTEO.
