ATESTEO is growing! We are opening a new test center in Lansing, Michigan — the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to building our newest location from the ground up. Get in on the action and bring your ideas to life!

• Represent the company professionally during customer visits and meetings with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and support achievement of sales targets
• Present technical information and testing solutions to customers to support the sale of powertrain testing products and services
• Understand customer testing requirements and communicate technical needs clearly to engineering and operations teams
• Coordinate with engineering teams on customer requirements and manage follow-up discussions to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Utilize sales and business-development tools, including CRM systems, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other approved platforms
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer meetings, technical discussions, requirements, opportunities, and next steps
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts and reporting to management
• Prepare and support proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for customer opportunities
• Actively support the introduction and commercialization of new testing products, services, and capabilities
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, symposiums, and other industry events in collaboration with Marketing
• Collaborate closely with Global Sales Teams to share market intelligence, customer requirements, opportunities, and best practices
• Analyze North American sales activity, market developments, customer trends, and competitive conditions and provide regular reports to management
• Work closely with engineering, test operations, and management to develop solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting company profitability
• Follow and comply with all applicable requirements, procedures, and processes established under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 17025

• Strong understanding of North American testing, products, and services
• Understanding of contract testing services
• You are confident and comfortable explaining mechanical and electrical solutions
• You are customer focused and can demonstrate sales growth in previous roles
• You are a realist who manages tough situations
• You have a strong inner drive and are reliable
• You have a strong will to succeed with customers
• Strong negotiating skills, fiscally aware, and desire to drive profits
